This page explains, in plain terms, what this website stores on your device and what happens to information you send us.
Cookies we set
We set no advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies. Our own analytics measure page visits without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.
Preferences stored on your device
If you change the text size on a page, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so pages stay readable as you move around the site. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Content from other services
Two pages can load content from other companies. The contact page shows a Google Map. The equipment page shows videos hosted on YouTube, and nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play on one — until then you are only seeing an image stored on our own server. Once you play a video, YouTube may set its own cookies under its own policy. Everything else on this site comes from our own domain.
Information you send us
If you use the appointment form, the details you enter are emailed to the clinic so we can reply. We use them to answer your request and to arrange care. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to marketing lists. Please do not send detailed medical information through the form — bring it to your appointment or discuss it by phone.
Your rights and how to reach us
Under the GDPR you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond.
