Dr. Panagopoulos Andreas is an Ophthalmic Consultant Surgeon who has specialized in the UK in the treatment of Corneal and Εxternal Eye Diseases.

• Graduated from the Semmelweis Medical School of Budapest, Hungary in 1998 with grade “Excellent”.
• Started his specialization in Ophthalmology in 2004 at the General Hospital of Chalkida.
• Continued his specialization in Ophthalmology in the UK, from 2005 to 2010, working at the Birmingham and Midland Eye Centre and the Cambridge University Trust.
• During the same period, he obtained the title of the Member of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists of London (MRCOphth) after sitting for exams.
• Ιn 2009, following examinations in Athens, he qualified as an Ophthalmologist in Greece.
• From 2010 till 2015 he subspecialized in Corneal, External Eye and Cataract Surgery in the UK working at the Moorfields Eye and Western Eye Hospitals in London and at the Southend University Hospital.
• He returned to Greece in 2015 and since then he is offering his expertise in the private sector.
• Dr. Panagopoulos sees patients by appointment in the Athens Eye Care Clinic in Athens.
