She is in charge of the Department of Intravitreal Injections and Diabetic Retinopathy, as well as of the Department of Grading (disease severity).<\/li><li>She has contributed to the training of new ophthalmologists and specialized ophthalmic nurses with great success.<\/li><li>The doctor has performed a large number of cataract surgeries with specialized intraocular lenses, as well as laser treatments.<\/li><li>She holds a Fellowship from the International Council of Ophthalmology and is a member of the European Society of Retina (EURETINA), the European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ESCRS), the Hellenic Society of Vitreous \u2013 Retina and the Hellenic Ophthalmological Society.<\/li><li>She is a member of the Royal College of Ophthalmologists and is involved in research projects at King&#8217;s College Hospital.
